WE CREATE LIFETIME GOLFERS

1-2-1 Golf Fitness Training

Ideal for golfers who want to remove any barriers to improving their game. We will run a full TPI screening assessment and design a bespoke training plan that tackles areas including balance, mobility, flexibility, strength, and stability.

Small Group Golf Fitness Training

Do you want to work on your golf fitness with regular golfing friends, colleagues, or family members? Access our golf fitness training in a group of 4-8 people. You will all receive TPI screening assessment, bespoke training plans, and coaching as a group.

Online Golf Fitness Programming

Online clients receive the same TPI screening (all done via our app) and a detailed training programme with extra resources, regular check ins, and plenty of communication with the team at TGF as your coach.

WHAT TO EXPECT

First, we combine an individual consultation about health, injury history, and physical fitness with an in depth TGF screening assessment of different golf-specific movements. This allows us to evaluate your swing mechanics, strengths, limitations, and anything else holding you back from being a better golfer. When the screening is complete, you’ll receive a Golf Fitness Handicap.

We will then design a bespoke training programme to improve your weaknesses and build on your strengths. You can expect your plan to work on balance, mobility, stability, and strength, with exercises you can do as a warm up before a game and at home between golf fitness sessions.

The ultimate aim of TGF golf fitness coaching is building a consistently powerful swing, so you can play better, hit the ball further, and enjoy the game without injury.
